I have been associated with Sahyadri Industries Ltd (SIL) with their HR Admin team since Feb 2007. Over my employment with SIL I have learned several new things in the domain of Employee relations, Time Management, Recruitment, Training, Payroll Management, Performance Management, Negotiation, Conflict Management Problem Solving, Analyzing Growth Opportunities and CSR etcI am grateful to all my seniors and colleagues who have contributed in this journey and bringing the plant in the forefront by breaking production records and maintaining a safe work culture. I have completed more than 2.5 yrs with Sahyadri Industries Ltd (SIL) now. Since the last 2.5 yrs with SIL it has always been a good learning and growing experience. I gained an invaluable experience and learned new skill through my work.

Here in SIL is fun because we learn something new everyday with extremely great friendly and helpful coworkers.

In now a days the relations that developed by the seniors with juniors in Sahyadri Industries Ltd. is very rarely found in other Commercial Organizations.
